Origin: All our rugs are handmade in India and shipped directly from our workshop.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days before dispatch.

Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. No shipping charges are added at checkout.

Delivery Time: Standard international delivery generally takes 3–4 weeks from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local courier service.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your order's journey.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays caused by customs processing, weather, local courier services, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally extend delivery times.
