Origin: All our rugs are handmade in India and shipped directly from our workshop.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days before dispatch.

Delivery time (US & UK): Standard delivery takes 3-4 weeks from the date of dispatch, depending on customs clearance and local courier service.

Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order's journey.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the product price.

Delays: While we strive to meet delivery estimates, factors like customs processing, weather, or courier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.
